  • Glassware orders may be checked for set quantity, visible damage, packaging condition, and correct item style before shipment.

  • Estimated transit time is 7-13 business days after carrier pickup.
  • Shipments are handed to carriers Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

Tracking details may be sent after carrier acceptance. Customers should provide a complete delivery address, including unit number, building name, postal code, and reachable phone number where required. Missing or incorrect address details may delay delivery.

Damaged or Delayed Parcels

Glassware is packed for parcel handling, but carrier issues can still occur. If a package is delayed, missing, or arrives with visible damage, contact support@skvhf.shop with the order number and photos of the parcel and item when available.
