This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Skvhf, operated by FOURTH STREET, LLC. It covers stemless wine glasses, drinking glass sets, tinted glassware, ribbed glassware, and included packaging materials sold through this website.
Return Window and Condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
Glassware Return Eligibility
Returned glassware should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original protective packaging and all pieces from the set. Items with chips, cracks, drink residue, missing pieces, removed protective materials, or signs of use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a glass arrives chipped, cracked, broken, incomplete, or different from the ordered style, contact support@skvhf.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and visible issue.
How To Start a Return
- Email support@skvhf.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
- Pack each glass securely using protective packaging to reduce movement in transit.
- Mail eligible returns to: 104 FOURTH ST, LADY LAKE, FL, 32159.
Labels, Fees, and Refunds
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
- No restocking fee applies to approved eligible returns.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on availability of the requested glass style, color, capacity, or set quantity. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, customers may request a return after delivery.
